Standard Shipping
USPS Priority Mail on every order. Flat $6.99, or free when you spend $100 or more.
Plain Packaging
Every order ships in unbranded boxes with no indication of the contents inside.
Legally Shipped
Federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill. No medical card required.
How it works
Orders are packed and shipped from our farm Monday through Friday. Place your order before 2 PM ESTand it goes out the same business day - anything after that ships the next morning. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your label is created.
Shipping options
- Standard (USPS Priority): 3-5 business days · $6.99 · free over $100
- Expedited (USPS Priority Express): 1-2 business days · calculated at checkout
- Local pickup: free at any of our retail locations - ready in about an hour
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, use the link in your confirmation email to follow it door to door. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of shipping, reach our team at (407) 984-5335and we'll chase it down.
Heads up: we currently ship within the United States only. A signature from someone 21 or older is required on delivery - please use an address where someone can receive the package.
Lost or delayed packages
Carrier delays happen, especially around holidays. If your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or it's been stuck in transit for more than 7 days, contact us within 30 days and we'll either reship or refund - your call.
